Your children are growing up with screens. You didn't. And no one prepared you for this.
Social networks, online games, messaging apps. A world your children master better than you. Or so we think.
This training is made for you. Not to become an expert, but to understand. To guide without forbidding. To protect without smothering. To open dialogue rather than conflict. We talk about risks, yes. But also opportunities. Because digital isn't the enemy. It's a territory to tame. Together.
Understanding their world
TikTok, Snapchat, Discord, Twitch. Names you hear without really knowing what happens there. We demystify. We explore these platforms, codes, and language together. Not to spy, but to understand. Because you can't guide a child in a world you ignore.
Screens: setting limits without conflict
How much time? When? Why? The questions that create tension. We learn to set meaningful limits, explain them, hold them. Without shouting, without conflict. We find balance between digital and the rest. A benevolent, consistent framework, sustainable over time.
What the law says
13 for Instagram? 16 for WhatsApp? And if your child lies about their age, who's responsible? We decipher the legal framework, the terms of service we accept without reading, everyone's rights and duties. Clear benchmarks to guide your child by the rules.
Dangers, without panic
Cyberbullying, shocking content, scams, manipulation. The risks exist. We name them, explain them, learn to spot them. Without dramatizing, without terrorizing. And above all, we give your child the tools to protect themselves. Because you won't always be looking over their shoulder.
Digital, an ally for growth
Not everything is dark. Digital can nurture creativity, critical thinking, curiosity. We discover resources, practices, tools that help grow. We learn to turn the screen into a springboard rather than a trap. So your child builds a healthy relationship with technology.
Talking, really
"What are you doing on your phone?" — "Nothing." End of conversation. We learn to open dialogue differently. Without interrogation, without judgment. With curiosity, humor, sincerity. To understand what they experience, what they feel. And build lasting trust.
Securing without confining
Parental controls, privacy settings, basic rules. We get our hands dirty. We configure, test, adjust. Not to monitor every click, but to create a safe environment. And prepare your child to fly on their own, one day.
